Tips for Handling Metallic Tape

Metallic tape, aka “bling tape,” looks gorgeous on the hoop but it can be a pain to get it just right. Why? This tape doesn’t stretch, it shows wrinkles more than any other kind of tape, and is notoriously difficult to remove once it adheres to the tubing. For more manageable metallic tape, try cutting it into smaller sections instead of just pulling from the roll. Each section should be roughly 18-36 inches long. Adjusting angles and eliminating wrinkles and ridges will be much easier with this technique.
